Service Description

First class is free Participants must try to be early to help set up the tatami and get dressed Members must acquire their own equipment (aikidogi - Aikido/Judo/Karate Gi Jacket and trousers; obi belt; black hakama from 3 or 2nd kyu onwards) This is the standard course during which we practice Aikido according to the general level of the group.
